ABOUT ME - Your Business Broker
I am an architect and business broker (Million Dollar Plus Club & Transworld Presidents Club) with more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, valuation, cost estimating and business development experience. Prior to joining Transworld, I established and led a national commercial real estate practice for a national consulting firm.
I am currently a restaurant and small business owner in Jacksonville and have owned many restaurants and businesses in the Jacksonville area over the past 25 years.
My experience over the past 25 years has taught me how to value businesses from the inside out and understand various business models. I will work with you to effectively use my background and experience to help with the sale and marketing of your business.
